Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Hirona — the hiring link that interviews applicants on your behalf. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Hirona
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for the roles you post, the candidates you invite, and for using the interview results lawfully and fairly. Don't use Hirona to discriminate, harass, or violate anyone's rights.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials secure and your contact details current. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or put candidates, other users, or the service at risk.
3. AI interviews & scoring
Hirona conducts automated voice interviews and produces scores and summaries to assist your decisions. These are decision-support tools, not the final word — you remain responsible for hiring decisions and for complying with employment laws in your jurisdiction, including any rules on automated decision-making and candidate notice.
4. Plans & payment
Posting roles is free. Paid features, where offered, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes won't affect the period you've already paid for.
5. Content & intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process it to run the service. Hirona, its software, and its branding remain ours. Don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Hirona isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
