Your data is yours. This policy explains what Hirona collects, why, and the choices you have. We never sell personal data — full stop.
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, company), the roles and content you publish, and — for candidates — interview audio, transcripts, and the responses you provide. We also collect basic usage and device data to keep the service running and secure.
2. How we use it
To run interviews, generate scores and summaries, operate and improve the service, and keep it safe. We process candidate data on behalf of the hiring team that invited them. We don't use your data to train third-party models without your consent.
3. Sharing
Interview results are shared with the hiring team for that role. We use vetted sub-processors (for hosting, voice, and analytics) under strict contracts. We never sell personal data, and we disclose to authorities only when legally required.
4. Storage & security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with regional data residency where available. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data — one click in settings, or by emailing us. Candidates can request a copy or deletion of their interview data at any time. We honor GDPR, CCPA, and similar rights regardless of where you are.
