We only charge when an interview finishes

What's metered

Completed AI interviews — that is the entire meter. Monthly plans bundle a batch of them; anything past the bundle is $2 each on Team and $1.80 each on Scale.

What's free

Resume analysis, hiring cards, transcripts, and reports come with every plan. Storage for resumes, recordings, and transcripts is bundled — no per-GB or retention fee. No-shows, candidate-terminated sessions, and interviews killed by platform errors never count.

How it's invoiced

Plan fees bill monthly in advance. Metered overage bills monthly in arrears through Stripe. Applicable tax, VAT, or GST is added to the invoice.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new workspace gets 10 completed interviews free for 14 days. No card is required; billing starts when the team picks a plan.

What happens if I run past my monthly bundle?

Interviews past your monthly bundle are billed at $2 each on Team and $1.80 each on Scale. We never auto-upgrade your plan.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Add every recruiter, hiring manager, or admin you want and post as many jobs as you like — we only charge for completed AI interviews.

What about VAT / GST?

Applicable taxes are added to invoices where legally required.
