Act as the voice of the player by collecting, organizing, and summarizing community sentiment, recurring issues, feature requests, and content opportunities for internal teams.
Partner closely with publishing, live ops, product, and creative teams to align community messaging with game updates, seasonal beats, launches, and in-game events.
Write clear, friendly, and brand-consistent community copy for posts, updates, moderation notices, and engagement campaigns.
Help establish and maintain community guidelines, moderation workflows, escalation paths, and response standards that keep spaces safe and welcoming.
Track community health signals such as engagement quality, sentiment, growth, responsiveness, and campaign performance, and turn them into practical recommendations.
Identify community trends, influential creators, and emerging risks or opportunities within the Roblox ecosystem.
