About this role

Creator Internship Ogilvy is seeking a Creator Intern to support the development of culture-shaping, brand-building content across channels. This role is designed for an early-career creator with strong creative instincts, a feel for digital platforms, and the curiosity to learn inside a globally recognized agency known for Borderless Creativity. You’ll help turn ideas into timely, engaging content that reflects client goals, audience behavior, and Ogilvy’s standard for impactful storytelling.

What you'll do

Support the ideation, creation, and adaptation of short-form and platform-native content for brand and campaign needs.
Research audience trends, creator formats, platform behaviors, and cultural moments to inform content ideas.
Assist with drafting content concepts, scripts, captions, storyboards, and creative references.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, account, and production teams to help bring ideas from concept to execution.
Help organize content calendars, creative assets, references, and feedback rounds across projects.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and share observations on what content is resonating in culture and on social platforms.
Support content performance reviews by helping gather examples, results, and learnings for future iterations.

Requirements

Current student or recent graduate interested in content creation, social media, advertising, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital culture, creators, social platforms, and how brands show up authentically online.
Clear written and visual communication skills, with the ability to express ideas simply and creatively.
A portfolio, personal account, school project, or sample work that shows creative taste and content-making potential.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and taking feedback constructively.
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn from cross-functional teams.
Basic familiarity with content creation workflows, including ideation, editing, and asset preparation.

Nice to have

Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with basic design, video editing, or creator tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
Awareness of advertising, brand strategy, influencer marketing, or campaign development.
Experience tracking content performance metrics or turning insights into creative recommendations.
Interest in how global brands adapt ideas across markets, audiences, and channels.
