About this role

Demo role — this is not an active vacancy. We are looking for a product-minded Full-stack Engineer to build reliable customer-facing workflows across a modern web application. This interview is an initial technical screen and does not replace a coding exercise or human technical interview.

What you'll do

Build frontend features with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Develop backend APIs using Python and FastAPI
Design and query relational data in PostgreSQL
Debug production issues across the full stack
Write tests and improve monitoring and reliability
Work directly with cross-functional partners to turn workflow needs into polished product experiences
Contribute to engineering decisions that balance speed, maintainability, and user experience

Requirements

Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals across modern web applications
Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript on the frontend
Experience building backend services or APIs in Python, ideally with FastAPI or similar frameworks
Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL, especially PostgreSQL
Ability to debug issues across application layers and improve system reliability
Product-minded judgment: you can translate ambiguous requirements into practical, user-centered solutions
Clear communication and a collaborative working style
Comfort operating in a screen/interview process where technical depth is assessed in stages

Nice to have

Experience with observability, alerting, or production monitoring practices
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and automated testing strategies
Experience shipping internal tools, workflow products, or recruiter-facing software
Exposure to performance optimization in frontend or API-heavy applications
